Lord Of The Rings opening monologue

Hi there, I have a Belkin N750DB Wireless Router and for the past year or two I've been noticing a new computer appear on my network called "ROUTER" and I haven't thought too much about it since then. But after reading a news report about how hackers can hack into networks, I thought I should pay more attention to new things, this being one of them. I'll post a picture down below of what I'm seeing on my screen and I just wanted to ask if this kind of thing is common or normal? It shouldn't indicate anything wrong with my network? Thanks for reading and for any help.

If you need any more info, just ask. I've had this router for about 4 years. That extra computer has been there for only about 2 of those years. I have changed some settings on my router in the past to make it stream movies and music from my PC to my PS3. But that's about it.
