Solved Rpcqt.dll is missing

every 3 days i always scan my computer. i have malwarebytes but no detection..

that Rpcqt.dll started to pop up when i deleted a file, (theme for my computer)

and my start button didn't change even i use a packaged theme..
please help me..

@Softlymode, perhaps you should stop dl'ing themes, they cause a lot of heart-ache to many users.
