RunDLL erro on start up c:\progra~3\dtgb.dat

hello,
i have had a runDLL error on start up, it says there is a problem opening c:\progra~3\dtgb.dat, its been there for over a year now and i cant figure out how to make it go away, and i have no idea what program it is for. thanks for your time!

You could first try running msconfig. Go to the StartUp tab and uncheck it if you find it.

If you can't find the command there try Autoruns. Uncheck it if you find it.
