I tried the trick from Snick for 2 days, still the warning appeared but decreased only once out time while login windows.

Then I find another solution on google, exactly in microsoft community:
Code:

Yup is totally different from the problem I experienced but I tried to scan with malwarebytes and it worked.

Did your sfc /scannow come back clean or were there files/folders that could not be repaired?

Error message not appearing now?
Scan with Malwarebytes? Did it find malware?

I noticed you don't have any Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Anti-Exploit or Anti-Ransomware listed in your System specs.
Do you have any of these installed?

Here's a few other excellent free scanners, which I highly recommend and utilize on a daily basis.

Malwarebytes
ADWCleaner
HitmanPro 3.8 (64-bit)
Superantispyware free

If you use HitmanPro trial or any other trial (permits you to remove malware) you can run Revo Uninstaller to remove trial cookie marker (if it's stored on your computer).
