running 32 bit win 7 on a new 64 bit capable system

I am finally upgrading my computer to a AMD 8350 cpu and new mother board into an existing case. The hard drive is in a removable caddy. I am hopping to be able to still run this old 32 bit system on this new cpu. I will buy a new caddy for a new hard drive with a 64 bit win 7 sytem ( maybe win 10 eventually.)
Can I run the win 7 32 bit system on this cpu and then unplug this hard drive and slide in a another with a 64 bit win 7 system.
The reason I want to do this as there are a lot of old programs I sometime use on the 32 bit sytem, that I do not want to reinstall on the 64 bit system. I want to be able to run each drive separately on the same cpu. Can this be done.

Which mother board ?
Some hardware will only work with 64 bit

A lot of systems are 64 bit capable
Manufactures used 32 bit for usually battery life in laptops...

Using a 8 core processor on a 32 bit system where only 3gb's of ram will be used is sort of odd :/

You do realize you`ll have to reinstall 32 bit once you get the new equipment ?

Didn`t think I had to tell you that

And you`ll need 2 separate keys to activate each OS, you can`t use the same key to activate 32 bit and 64 bit at the same time.
