S22 Inks

I use compatible inks on my Epson and have accumulated lots of Yellows, can I use these in any slot on the machine so long as I'm prepared to put up with weird colours.

No - Epson senses which cartridge has been inserted, and will throw an error message if it senses the wrong on present in any bay.

Simply don't buy yellow cartridges for a while

Yes, I intended to do this but it's not that easy (or profitable) to get bulk singles of 1281-3s
