same update installing over and over again

Last night I was having a program with my webcam, I uninstalled it and then re-installed it, but it also installed the Microsoft C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable package and now everytime Windows checks for new updates a new security update for this program comes up about 3 minutes after each update, how can I fix this

Is it the very same update techtitian? if it is the same KB ******** then set the updates to what I have in my pic and next time it comes up for downloading and install open up the updates right click on it and hide it.
