Same Update Recommended and Installed 13 Times Today

Hello, I am a bit confused at the moment. I have been told to download the same update 13 times so far today... I have downloaded it and installed it all 13 times, yet for some reason it keeps showing up as a new update. The update I am talking about is, Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB2656351).

Any help as to why this is, or how to get it to stop would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, I can disable it. Do you know what is the reason behind this problem is?

Nope.
There are a few other cases reported that I can find.

You could check out this How to troubleshoot Windows Update or Microsoft Update when you are repeatedly offered an update. I wouldn't bother with method 2 & 3. The log file will be in your temp folder not %windir%.
And if you have the English version you could verify the file versions here MS11-100: Description of the security update for the .NET Framework 4 on Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2: December 29, 2011 to double check the 2nd cause in the previous link.
I don't think this will really help as others are having the same problem but it's worth a look.
