32 bit good. less trouble getting odd drivers. So you haven't tried the veho driver yet? you can run it in vista compat mode just in case. I had a samsung as well and always had problems getting anything for it. Now motorola

We have quite a few of those, if you haven't noticed. Cindy here just happens to be one of the more feminine ones..... :p

Anyways, welcome to the forums Cindy. A little belated I know, I hope its ok. Congrats on getting the problem solved. I would have jumped in sooner, but I tried to connect my phone through BlueTooth (to no success), not with the programs.

You mentioned having a BlueTooth (veho?) dongle. I have played with my bluetooth sets, and I was curious if I could use one as a mic/earphone for the computer. It would be an interesting concept. Any ideas on this?

:o Phew, this thread isn't THAT old xD

I just bought myself a Samsung Jack too =p I'm liking it so far, I disabled the internet though and just using Wifi :o

I can't get my phone to get recognized, when I plugged it in, I got the message with a green circle/checkmark saying that it was installed successfully. Then the message saying that I need to unlock my phone for it to be read, so I unlock it, but the message stays there x.x. I open up the Main Program, Windows Mobile Device Center, but it says my Phone isn't connected =/ Is there any other way any of you got this working on Windows 7 RC? Or are you guys using a different program? :o

Try turning off the lock on the phone.

Hi Mushy :)

In New PC Studio make sure USB is selected (not Bluetooth) and in settings tick like this >

Gasp, I think I screwed up my Windows Mobile Device Center :o After reinstalling over and over xD I guess if this doesn't turn out so well, I can finally start my new PC HDD.

and Ohh, New PC Studio is a program, when you said that earlier in this thread, I thought you meant, "the new pc studio..." xD

Edit: Hmm, i got New PC Studio, and it doesn't detect my Samsung Jack =/ It's gotta be a driver problem

hmm, New PC Studio isn't detecting my Samsung Jack, it's GOTTA be a driver problem :o

That link you sent out doesn't seem to have my phone :o i guess the Samsung Jack is a US only, and the US site doesn't have a link like that to download, it has a user manual for my phone.

Is there any alternate ways to get this to work? When plugging in the USB nothing happens, just the phone charges.
I also now have Generic RNDIS as a Unknown Device with no drivers installed.
