Save as... always freezes

Hi seven forums! Everytime when I try to save a file with save as... or open it, the save as... window becomes completely freeze. I can't do anything, not even task manager could kill the process, after 5 minutes it's just close itself. What should I do, it's getting very annoying, happens in Firefox, Opera, Word, Photoshop etc, every window that has save as.

DOes anything else freeze? Games? applications? Windows itself randomly?

If your system is freezing, that is not a good sign and is usually caused by hardware failure.

Check your HDD for errors, and then run a memtest.

Nope, just the explorer.exe, and the worst is when I'm looking for something on either of my two drivers, the slow green bar appears, and if I do anything, the process will become completely freeze, cannot close with task manager or any kind of program.

But sometimes I have more bad luck, sometimes the window will freeze, I could kill the process but the window will be freeze. I will try your suggestions, thanks.
*Update: It's seems that using Log Off with CTRL+ALT+DEL and logging back in fix the problem but just temporarily.
