Hello everyone, I have a laptop that I often use with an external monitor and I'm a person who likes to have my windows organized in a specific way every time. Now my problem is that when, for example I am using my external monitor and have everything set up the way I like it, then I need to take my laptop somewhere, so I have to use the laptop's monitor all of my windows are resized and not organized at all, so every time I switch monitors I have to go through the process of moving and adjusting the sizes of the windows every time, which has been quite tedious and annoying for the last year. So I did some Googling for my little problem, however I found NOTHING about the problem as far as Windows goes. I found two separate applications that sound like exactly what I need, however they are for Mac only. I'll post the links to those so that you can read the descriptions of what they do if you aren't quite fully grasping what I'm trying to explain. .

Basically I am looking for something exactly like those applications that are for Windows. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I don't think what you would like is possible with 7. There is already a thread here on this, in one of the other forums. I use a small, free application for resizing Windows to my liking that I have discussed there.

You can try Sizer out but it wont meet with all your requirements

Thanks for the response. I saw the post you're referring to and that's not really what I'm looking for. His problem was directly related to the windows explorer windows resizing (a problem I faced when I first switched to Windows 7 as well), I'm just looking for a solution to all windows resizing between monitors.
