Screen not able to extend After moving from 32bit to 64bit

Hello,
Sorry guys I'm new to this so please don't bash me too much if it is an obvious problem.
I just recently reinstalled my windows 7 OS because I wanted to move to 64 bit from 32 bit. While on the 32 bit OS I had two monitors one on the VGA and one on the HDMI. Both were working fine and had no problem. Now after I changed it to the 64 bit OS without changing anything else this is what is happening. The two monitors are detected both show the exact same thing as a duplicate. I want to extend, meaning that I don't want both monitors to show the exact same thing but extend the desktop. I right clicked and went to the Screen Resolution and it's only showing one Display, even if I press Detect nothing is happening.

If you need any more info please let me know. Please somebody help.

Please fill out your systems specs entirely and post a screen shot of your device manager window, showing the video card/monitor information.

It is still showing standard VGA Adapter. Try running Windows Update in Control Panel to see if it finds the correct Video Card & the driver for it.

I have already done that but that is not working.
The confusing part for me is that both monitors are displaying properly but I'm not able to extend. So both monitors display the exact same thing. I'm not sure if I'm being with that.

Lets try another small program to see if we can find out the name of the graphics card.

CPUZ I attached an older zipped version I have available

Edit: added a zipped latest version CPU-Z 1.70

After you run it, click on the Graphics tab to see what the name of the card is.

I just did a Windows Update and restarted the computer and the proper driver got installed and is working fine now.
