The screenshots look OK to me.

You are still showing Dameon Tools Lite as being installed. Please uninstall it as Arc showed

Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause of BSOD's.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools.
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
- Double click the executable to open it
- Click the button shown below



If the button it is grayed out, as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can just close the window.

Also please go to Control Panel, Category View and Uninstall a program. I would like to see what software you have installed. Please post a screenshot. If it takes 2 or 3 screens, that's fine.

Edit: I just uninstalled iobit driver booster, and still crashed without crash dump

Make sure Driver Booster is uninstalled completely and uninstall Surfing protection also. Just look at the list, if it is made by IObit, uninstall it. If they have already damaged files, you may be in for a reinstall. Make sure you have the Minidump Folder in C:/Windows. If you do not have one create one.

Go back and re try what you did in post #23. Try making your restore window look like this

yeah, it crashed again.... the screens just freeze and the computer keeps running, I have to hard reset to close it

You have had a lot of errors showing your SSD, in the beginning of this thread.

Your Furmark shows some artifacting. Look at the background. This is your screenshot

What I would like you to do, is reinstall your Graphics drivers. Please go by this tutorial and install only the Graphics drivers and the PhysX drivers, nothing else. Make sure the 'clean Install' box is checked.

If that does not solve your problem, I would like you to get a different hard drive or SSD and do a clean install. Please be sure to notify us before you do one. I want to do it in a different way. And make sure you have all of your personal files backed up to an external source first.

We could do some more hardware testing, but that will be a very long process. Due to some of the software you had installed, I would opt for a trial Install first.

Look in your BIOS and tell me the values for your +12V, +5V and +3.3V.

The voltages look OK. Do you have a spare hard drive and an Installation disk? Do you have someone who you could borrow a Graphics card from? Also, what Manufacturer and model and voltage of your PSU?

hmmm yeah I could have another hd or gfx card. My psu is from antec and its 850w, I know it's overkill but it was half price so I figured I wouldn't need another psu if I ever want to add stuff

Overkill is no problem, I like overkill. If you can borrow another Graphics card, let's try that first and make sure it is not your GPU. Uninstall your old drivers first. If you are getting another Nvidia card, uninstall the old drivers by this tutorial and shut down instead of restart. Just be sure the Graphics driver is the last one you uninstall. Swap the cards and do the installation part of the tutorial with the new card in.

If you are getting an AMD card, uninstall your current drivers as in the first part of the above tutorial, then shut down, swap cards and custom install the new drivers. All you will need is the Graphics Drivers. If you have problems, run DDU and select only Nvidia Display drivers.

Agree with essenbe overkill is not a problem really as the PSU is only going to use what you pull on it - I have a Corsair HX 1050 in my main desky and lie you because it was on offer at the time I built the machine.

Yes, sorry, I didn't have time to use my computer alot last week. Although, when I tried to swap gpus I realized there was a tiny spec of nastyness stuck in the pci slot. I removed it, put back my normal gpu and since then it didn't crash. I'll try to do the same things as before when it crashed to make sure, if it's really that.

Hmm well have a little look at this next time you clean up
SLOT CLEANING
Now as for the slots to clean them use a strip of old credit card (or any card thin enough some are better than others ) about 1/2 inch wide nip the corners off one end - preferably round them off hold a piece of thin lint free cloth over the end dab on some form of alcohol - isopropyl alcohol (what we swab the skin with before an injection) is good and GENTLY swipe along the slots.
This can also be done for the GPU slot/s and also the contacts of the sticks or cards - not the stick but some lint free cloth of course. See my pic for the sick but please be very gentle doing it if you are in any doubt - please ask before doing it but I use this all the time and have yet to damage anything

I cleaned everything and it still crashed. I swapped gpus and it still crashed. I put back my "original" gpu and swapped cpus to see if it's that... I read that it's unlikely but it's the only part in my computer that isn't almost new so I figured I would give it a shot.
