Scroll syn

Hello, is there any program that will let me scroll through multiple open windows at the same time? For example, when I scroll with the mouse in the browser if I have an open document or folder, will it automatically do so at the same time? Like a synchronization between them, thank you very much!

Would likely need a macro, there are some powerful ones out there that would let you scroll two pages at once using a hotkey. I recommend macro-recorder since its the only one I know of. Macro Recorder for Windows/Mac - No more repetitive tasks - Mouse and Keyboard Capture

Just a side note, I don't recommend spending money on these things.
