SDHC write protected problem

Hi, i have Sandisk Micro SD 16GB class 10, the problem is, when i try to format the sd card (i use micro sd adapter) , popup show that the sd card is write protected (the adapter is not in lock position anyway) but what confusing me is i can't delete file from the sd card but i can transfer file to the sd card. is there any steps to fix this problem? Im on windows 7 home premium. Thanks.

There was a similar post to yours recently & I am not sure where it is now, but the method they used to to delete & reformat the card was to install it in their camera & use it to do the job.
