Why do you have an issue with Chrome's default settings,
Without the default setting syncing across three devices is futile

I mean have all 3 Chromes and GMails running seeing how they sync specially for Google Now apps.

I think you're giving yourself headaches where none exist.

Make sure you always keep backups, using a program such as Macrium, and you'll never have to worry about installing all the updates as with a new install.
