From looking at your specs. It looks like you have an IDE 200gb HD now in this desktop. So if you look inside the case & you have a second IDE MB connection and mounting space for another HD, then you could easily add another IDE HD from 200gb to 500gb in size.

Mobos have generally, 80 pin IDE ports, SATA 1, 2 or 3 ports.
If you use the IDE port, you will set your OS drive as the master and the new drive as the slave, by placing jumpers on each drive in approiate spot. And you will use a 80 pin flat cable with two plugs.
If you choose an SATA port, make sure the OS drive is in Port 0, cdrom in port 5, and the new drive in one of the others port 1>port 4.
