Second thread-freezing and BSOD approaching product return limit

IMPORTANT: System does not freeze in safe mode but it does freeze in safe mode with networking.

I made a thread a while back about a new laptop i got - basically had different sorts of BSOD and freezing. Can't remember if BSOD were present in diagnostic mode , but the random total freezes were (require restart).

Don't know if i will succeed in returning it but i need to know if it is hardware or software because if i send it one more time in service and it's fine (physically) they will make me pay for it and shipping (to another country).

I sent it to their service (Lenovo) and they changed my HDD and DVD unit.

Now it has several new problems and the ones from before: namely the HDD goes wild with the load cycles and other , click sounds in idle and more minor stuff.

Here is the old thread - for reference - same problems now with replaced HDD.

UPDATE: Ok - it ran more than 10.5 hours in safe mode without problems.

Can i say for certain it's NOT a hardware issue?

Forgot to add- ran 1 pass of memtest and also win7 memtest and got no errors.

These things happen under both video cards so it's not the video.

It's not the HDD because that one got replaced.

That leaves the motherboard and CPU if it's hardware or even memory (i don't trust those tests)

Most frequent blue screens are memory management and pool header

Also - i can't remove memory sticks because i don't want to lose my warranty. I have a Lenovo one and a store one and i don't know about the store policy on this .

Please Uninstall Demon Tools Lite, Known for BSOD. Wait and see if you get another BSOD then post the dump here.

Will try, though i ran driver verifier and never could go back to starting windows.

The blue screen i get is about dtsoftbus01.sys

Now i tried to make a system restore and got mem management error.

Does diagnostic mode load DT?

Because if it does not (and BSoD no longer occur) it's still the issue of complete freezing that occurs in diagnostic mode.

Another culprit is usbfilter.sys

Hmm how can i fix this? Searched the list and it's from amd.

I have AHCI installed and display driver from them.

Will try to see if it shows up in custom uninstall and uninstall it, do i have to replace it with something ? (because i have a really bad connection)

Quick question : if i leave it overnight in safemode and when i wake up it's frozen , is it right to assume it's a hardware problem for certain?

I will use auto-clicker so no power-saving things/standby mode etc. come up.

Will wait till 24 have passed in safe boot mode and then i will run my normal windows - uninstall everything but the display driver and see if i get anything.
