Solved Seconds-only, always-on-top & transparent no-skin CLOCK?

Basically I'm looking for a continuous 60 second counter with the ability to configure size, transparency and make always-on-top. Analogue or digital would be fine although being able to indirectly view an overlayed clock style seconds hand would be perfect.

Hoping there might be a clock with the required amount of customization available or, one that could possibly be code tinkered (for personal use).

Prior to seeing your post I finally stumbled upon Skinny Clock --> rawos.com - Homepage of Easy Notes and Easy Time, tools to manage your information

It proved to be exactly what I was looking for in allowing full customization. All I had to do is generate (edit an existing) .ini file and save a transparent skin. Now I have a pretty little seconds hand simply spinning all by itself, looking lost, but absolutely doing just what I was after.
