Hello, i have a problem, i wan't to install THIS icon, but when i'm changing those rights, well... Actually i'm NOT changing them because i can't, when i enter this tab and click EDIT button i can't change anything there... With normal files i can do whatever i wan't, but i can't do anything with this file...

You need to take ownership of the windows file.
