For the past few weeks my 2 tb hard drive's seek error rate (by crystaldisk) is going up and low. I'm not a tech geek so I don't know about the problem but is there any way to fix seek error rate like by installing windows or do I need to replace my Hard drive. I will appreciate any help. Thank you.
