Selection style in different file manager windows is different

In some windows the items are selected with rectangles, in others - with colorizing, like in WinXP:

How to make the style everywhere the same? I would prefer the XP style.

Finally I found how to fix it. One has to search registry for parameter "FFLAGS" (exact string) and make it equal 43000000 everywhere.

This reg file add the behavior to the schemas.

But I still experience of return of standard behavior in the recycle bin and some open/save dialogs.
