Selective Screen Blanker

Does anybody know of a Win 7 utility which will Blank the entire screen EXCEPT for the currently selected Window ????
It would be very handy for watching movies that don't completely fill the screen. Ideally the utility would automatically adjust itself any time the active window is re-sized.

Thanks for the tip TBVNZ - Wish I could find a Utility like this that auto blanked out everything except the active window
