setenv.exe does not work in Win 7 64bit

I have a batch file that uses Setenv.exe, I get an error when i run the batch file and it gets to the Setenv command. It states Setenv.exe can not start due to being incompatable with 64 bit windows. Does anyone know a work around for this or is there a 64 bit version available

Though nothing in the last 3 years so I wouldn't get my hopes up Can't hurt to try asking though... Last response by the author was a year ago.
