sfc corruption - please help

I ran sfc /scannow and have have corruption Only completed 44%

I ran sfcfix - fixed a few but still have corruption - sfc /scannow comlete at 100 %

yes I have done this but I have file corruption. Key one is Defrag.exe.mui

After taking ownership of those files, you can then extract/replace them from your Windows installation media.
