Hey guys. First time posting. Just joined. So im having lots of issues, which il make each an individual thread. Anyways, back to my main point, SFC scan now cannot fix some files that im having issues with. I already followed what some of the older threads said per google search. I do have the CBS log too. I do have CompTIA A+ certification but since im new to it, i dont have the experience to know what to do. Since the forum says my cbs log is too big, here is a dropbox link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zqhmre9mi0opc7n/CBS2.log?dl=0

Anyways, would appreciate any help. This issue is on a Asus ROG G751JY gaming laptop.

But the 1st thing everyone might ask you is, where did you get your Windows Ultimate installer from ? Is it genuine ? Has it been activated properly ?

Not being smart, just asking. Because a brand new install should not have any system file corruption.

I got it from Microsoft when they still offered it online without having to put my key in. Now i have to put the key in. Bought it legitly. I burned the ISO onto a RW DVD so i could use it. Heres the part thats weird. My custom desktop has the same OS from the same disk. Nothing is corrupted on the desktop OS. That was last October. Now its August and i use the same CD again and find out something is corrupt. The computer operates fine but cant do updates at all. My Antivirus (Eset NOD32 as well as Malwarebytes Premium) didnt detect anything. It might just be scratches on the disc. Just as proof, here is the system properties (i covered the key cause yea.... security).

I do have Teamviewer as well as Skype, Curse, and Teamspeak if anyone wants to help me.... I will not allow remote control unless im on a VoIP program with them during the remote session.

Im just going to go ahead and do a system reinstall using my Home Premium disc instead and just put the ultimate key in afterwards..... That one came in a OEM box that i bought locally years ago. That one doesnt have any scratches....
