Shortcut Icons are Displaying "2" icons

Hi all

The shortcuts on my computer now seem to be displaying 1 icon over another

This happened yesterday

I've removed icons.db in Appdata and restarted but this did not work

Something has changed your shortcut arrow overlay icon from the arrow to what you see now. If you like, you can use an option in the tutorial below to restore the default shortcut arrow overlay icon to fix this.
