Because I want to be able to quickly distinguish between actual item and its shortcut, I vote to not remove the shortcut arrow from shortcuts. Because I do not like "- shortcut" in any shortcut, I used Ultimate Windows Tweaker 2's remove "- shortcut" option to do just that. I noticed the tutorial dated 2009, so I did not want to add a comment in there.
