Shortcut to see a list of all windows belonging to a particular app

I have to work with several windows belonging to a particular application. For example, the problem may be considered as working with several windows for Windows Explorer.

An easy way to see the list of all such vendors is to just click on the Windows Explorer icon on the taskbar. However, I have disability due to which I cannot use the mouse. In fact I use a speech recognition system because I cannot use much of the keyboard also.

I was hoping there is a keyboard shortcut to see a list of windows belonging to a particular application or may be a utility which will just present the list of windows categorised by application.

There are utilities that will just list all the windows but they are not categorised by application. It becomes difficult for me to figure out when there are 20+ windows open and one Windows Explorer window will be at the top of the list in one in the middle and one at the bottom.

This is becoming a big problem now and is hampering my work. I just keep on doing alt + tab , switched to one window of the application then find it is of no use , then switched to another window and so on.

I did search on the internet but perhaps I am not using the right keywords because I keep on coming up with desktop managers which are good in themselves but do not solve this problem.

If there is any workaround for example - if there is a keyboard shortcut that will allow me to move to say window 1 of app 1, another shortcut for window 2 of app 1 and so on that will be also good. I just work with 3 apps but each of them have 10+ windows to be opened. I also thought along the lines of creating a macro using AutoHotKey but could not determine how to specifiy window 1 and window 2 of a specific application

This is a hard one. I'm not currently aware of any programs that will fulfill the task you desire. I do know of hardware that can use your eyes to navigate on your screen. I can't really vouch for it, but many people use if for gaming. It's called Tobii.

Some higher end laptops even have Tobii built in.

This doesn't necessarily answer your question, but it may make life easier navigating between multiple windows. Like I said, I can't vouch for it, but many seem to use it and on Amazon it has good reviews. I wanted one for my Flight Simulator, but after a few inquiries about it they said there were issues with FSX. Albeit that's just a game. I'm sure using open Windows and office oriented apping is a lot different.

I can think of two alternatives, using the built-in keyboard shortcuts. Had you had a go at:
1) Windows key + TAB, then cycle through the open windows with the UP DOWN arrows? Works in a similar way as ALT TAB.
2) Windows Key + 1-9, chooses the [numbered] icon from the taskbar, where number n is the nth item on the taskbar, from the left. Disadvantage: Probably needs the mouse.

An alternative to these, would be to use Task Manager (CTRL SHIFT ESC), and then group by name.
Command List:
CTRL+SHIFT+ESC (or say "start Task Manager")
Applications Tab
Task Tab
then all open applications would be listed in Alphabetical order
you could then
up/down to the open window you want, and
select End Task / Switch To on the highlighted Application instance.

F22 Simpliot - yes I do know about that device. However I'm not in a position to afford that right now. Hopefully once I get a job or my medical condition improves.
iko22 - thank you for the response. Yes using the task manager is possible but again those are not categorised. In fact I have a utility with speech recognition which will give me the list of all the Windows but it is the category that is the issue. Nevertheless, thanks to you, I found a new shortcut to launch the programs on the taskbar.

By any chance, do any of desktop manager programs resolve this? I looked at a few and the fact that some of them seem to present taskbar in a different way gives me hope that maybe there is some program out there which resolves this perhaps by not using the concept of taskbar.
