Should i clean my corsair H50 ?

I removed my corsair h50 from my processor week ago so now should i clean my h50 cooler with dry spray like my cpu or not also should i put thermal paste on both of them before installing.

clean them both; I use rubbing alcohol and lint free cloth. I change out my corsair H50 and Domino ALC water coolers weekly it seems while I am playing with different processors. If you are going to be OC that i7 860 you will be better off with a great air cooler over that H50.
