Should I clean my HDD with Parted Magic or Diskpart clean all command?

Hi everyone i have a question about HDD Clean and also question about Win 7 64 bit

I want to wiped out my all HDD data inside i want to delete all information like a brand new HDD.

I heard that there is a program called Parted Magic can do this and also Diskpart clean all command too.

1) My first question is can i do both of these for example if i run Parted Magic and then use Diskpart clean all

command and try to install clean Windows 7 is it possible to use both of the program or 1 of them is enough ?

2) If one of them is enough which one do you prefer ?

3) If both which one do i need to use first Parted Magic (Securely erase) or Diskpart, (Clean all) command ?

4) What is the difference between Parted Magic (Securely erase) and Diskpart, (Clean all) command ?

5) Do my PC Capable for Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit ?

6) What kind of format should i use for Partition NTFS or FAT32 ?

7) What kind of format should i use for System Reserved partition NTFS or FAT32

8) And Last question if i wiped out my HDD and when i try to install Win 7 ultimate 64-bit any problem can happen while installation ?

I check my Disk Management my all Partition are Dynamic why ? and what does it mean how can i change at normal like Primary ?

That is not a valid key it is a know not Genuine key.
