Is there is a way to do this.
Before when I was on Windows XP,I was using a program called VisualTaskTips which had an option to display a preview of the window like here in Win7 and I had an option to choose how fast to see the preview once I point over the taskbar button(for the window).
The preview was set to be displayed instantly(it really was instantly)and when I move the mouse to another button in the taskbar,I had a preview of the next window instantly.
Currently on Win7 there is a delay before showing the window(I fix that with some guide from here...don't remember the link),delay before showing the next window when I move the mouse and kinda long delay before closing the preview window.
