150 Watts of pure bass/treble! Yep, Secondary System is now (as of today) also the core server for my music now, in addition to being my Network's Master.


May not be the best or greatest by any means, but it's perfect for me... for now.

EDIT... my bad, it's actually 300 Watts (no wonder it makes my ears hurt) lmfao!

I heard that I only have the Logitech Z2300's but they really gets their rock on. The base speaker is at my feet and when I watch movies like Transformers it will blow my pant legs up. I also like movies when they do the THX logo and shatter it!

They are pretty sweet and im most certainly not trying to brag, lol have held up very well so far. Of course i don't turn the volume into the boost mode or anything, unless the song is of lower quality.

Thanks! You bet I do... pushing them both pretty hard, especially the newer Notebook. Got to tone down the games a little haha. I could have built a decent Desktop for the $800 I spent on the Notebook, but I really like being able to move around when I want too without the hassles of reconnecting a bunch of crap lol. That's on the agenda for the next system... hopefully I will get a job soon so I can hurry up and ditch this old Dell to my right.

Too true, who needs CD's when you've got a PC? And wow, I could only ever dream of having that much punch! Tell me, that HAS GOT TO rattle the windows right??? LOL!

But honestly, what I have I think is more than sufficient... it hurts my ears when its turned all the way up. Any more wattage and I think I would shatter the window in my room.

Yeah lol, I use it to look up stuff when I'm gaming and to serve as the Network hub. I'm amazed it still works half as decently as it does right now... it suffered quite a fair amount of heat damage from all those hours of Sims 2 and Warcraft III (scorch marks all over it). It wasn't meant for gaming (cruddy integrated GPU), but I forced it anyway. :devil:

I May buy another and connect them together for 10.2 heheh It most certainly can be done ive seen it. We shall see!!

Well i don't play my music loud of its after hours, after 7pm i plug in the old headphones, as i have a daughter myself and completely understand on those grounds.

Yeah, I've had some complaints too. Its OK for my neighbors to disturb MY piece, just not the other way around. Cinco De Mayo is the worst... can't stand it because I can never sleep on that night due to their God-awful music and the drunken shouts and yells, not to mention the coming and going of 20 groups of people. But then when I play my music at perfectly decent hours of the day/afternoon and at acceptable volume, they complain. :sarc: Yeah... they don't get what they want, ever. If I've got to listen to their crap all day and night, well into the next morning, well then they get to listen to mine!

And dude, that'd be pretty sweet! Just have the one stereo otherwise I'd try splitting the AUX to another one... step dad's got the same one as me but he'd never let me 'borrow' it haha!

Thanks. It works well and I like it, but the biggest problem is that multitasking sucks on it; whenever I have a webpage loading in the background, it will lag. Whenever I have the Chromebook with me, people always ask if it's a macbook, and I would have to tell them that it's a Google Chrome Notebook...

Kind of an oxymoron (Chrome Notebook), I would have called it the Google Stealth Fighter !
