Yes i know but not in that way. It is so handy to have 2 monitors and it helps to multitask as my pc is getting old

I used to here those storied form my parents and grand parents...then when I was 10 we moved up north in the 70's from the south to a little tiny air force base where the only school was off base. Had to walk it or ride my bike. There were no buses, every one had to walk it. Then winter came and yes...walked in the snow to and from 3 miles each way for 3 years...So now I too get to pass on those stories to my own kids....

I heard those same horror stories about walking to school from my parents. But I had to do the same myself, although it was only about a half mile walk for me. But in the winter time, it was often a very chilly walk, when the temps were below zero.

Im quite lucky when it comes to going to school. I live about half mile away from everyschool ive gone to

I used to live on a narrow boat with my mom when i was at high school which was about 4 miles away. So had to walk in too. Way too cold in the winter months.

My first school is actually at the top of my street. My second was 2 miles away but i had free bus pas. And now its about half a mile away. The nearest college is about half a mile away aswell

New Case!

I moved to a new case!
It looks amazing, but one of the byproducts of the move is that internal USB card reader is not working.
Will post some pics as soon as I get it to work again.

School horror stories: my dad attended a military academy in the early 40s. The bunks were made of iron. During winter it got so cold in the barracks that if you fell asleep touching any part of your cot or bunk your skin would stick to it. If you moved while asleep you ripped your skin off. True story, or so I've been told.

Looks good Doc! I have been tossing the idea around of building a PC and maybe buying something like that would be a good starter kit to learn how to do it. At least then if I muck things up it won't a big loss.
