I was just thinking the same thing.. Looks like there's a nice little gap towards the back just below the CPU backplate cut out begging to be used.
Hmm, might need to look into this fantasy material but I mean sata cables are cheaper than velcro so.

Ah, I see. They are not strained at all atm it does not rest on them. it rests on the side of that metal corner and the bottom corner of the ssd. the cables are free. But I will probably stick it where your suggesting as it never occurred to me to try there. I would stick out front to see but With water everywhere rather not have it get wet in a possible leak.
