I did get it up to 6.6 with new drivers and percision OC 700/1500/1200
And increased Hard Drive from 7.2 to 7.5, but I think thats going to be all I can get short of new technology coming out on the video side, or switching to the intell SSD's on the HD side, I'm using the 7.000 64 bit version that microsoft released, and waiting on RC1, I dont down load leaked stuff unless I know the source.

your lucky, i cant get my graphics scores to budge, mind you you have far superior cards to mine.

what drivers did you try? im trying out the new 185.66 beta, i d/lded the 182.50 but they claim the 185.66 has more gaming improvements than the 182.50 driver. so far no problems.

I just updated to the 185.66, seems to work good except it will not let me resize my HD display like 182.50 did, I can change by changing resalution, and I cant go as high with percision as i did on 182.50 without lock up. but even with th chance in percision, my vantage score only droped 300 with the new driver and the lowered OC,

thats why your ram score is soo low, upgrade to 7057 or higher (not sure if the earlier versions prior to 7057 had the fix), beta 7000 and possibly the versions before 7057 had a limit to the ram score on x32/x64 bit o/s basically if you had 4gb or less the max score is 5.9 for ram as you are experiencing.

What a load of crap wei is. Replacing my 9500gs with a 9600gt saw my graphics jump a massive 0.5 from 5.1 to 5.6. How is that possible when a gt is far better than a gs? Answers on a post card.

Hello brink, how have you managed to get a 7.9 and 6 for yor 9600gt. I have the same card but come in at 5.6. Mine is not oc'd but still it should be better than that!

HD-Speed is quite low and RAM caused by the 7000 build. Will upgrade when RC is published.

You are not going to get above 5.9 without raid 0, striped or a ssd. made it to 7.5 with 2 ssd's in raid 0 will add one more when I can afford to see if I can hit 7.9, may be a while.

For a Laptop with built in Graphics and Sound I'm quite impressed -- It's not as fast as some here but surprisingly good for a T7250 Dual core "Unbranded" laptop.

It's a Clone of a Twinhead Stylebook J13S but with a smaller screen (12 ins). It shows Philips on the Bios boot but Philips denies ever making any of these !!. Still very satisfied with the performance -- I added 2GB of RAM as it has 2 memory slots ==>4GB and swapped the 100GB disc for a better , faster 2.5 inch 320 GB drive..

It's only let down by the AERO performance -- other indicators are almost comparable with a mid spec Desktop.

HDD performance (on a Laptop) is 5.5 -- those Toshiba 320GB 2.5 inch laptop drives are well worth installing --only cost around 45 EUR as well.

Running Build 7048 X-64.

It's because you have 2 GB. There is a limit set for certain memory capacities in Windows 7.

Oh, okay I understand, so capacity does matter here also along with speed. Would it be wise to buy 2 x 2gb Kingston to fill my empty slots to get 6gb?

I would go for some better quality RAM and buy another 2 x 1GB of Corsair Ballistix or another slightly more high end, just for life span and reliability and have 4 GB. I don't reckon you would need 6GB. I'm running perfectly on 2Gb at the moment.

As stated in the RAM Thread, is the maximum score for DDR2-RAM 5,9. Reached this score with 4GB Mushkin. Just wait until RC is available.
