Shutdowns Issues
I recently installed a new pci vid card and up'd my mem to 3gb now my computer will not shut off properly with windows 7 ultimate. When I click shutdown my pc shuts off but all the lights are still on but no screen. Have to hold the power button to do hard shutdown, any thoughts Please help?

Are you still having this issue? What specs are ur system. Specifically what type motherboard.
