I am having problems with Silverlight and .NET Framework.
Error codes are : 643 and 64C.
First thread: http://www.sevenforums.com/windows-updates-activation/351916-when-i-click-check-updates-says-i-need-restart.html
I tried to uninstall Silverlight; failed with error code 2635. Install failed with 1603 code.
CBS file is in OneDrive, because it is too large to fit in here. https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=68c3f9ae336cee81%21488
Also, when I click the Start button, it shows update symbol near the shutdown button. It also increases my shutdown time by installing failed updates. Is there any way to solve this?
