I have a Linksys WRT600N router connected to my XP computer, and a Linksys WMP600N PCI adapter in my Windows 7 computer, and both are enabled with Dual-Band. I can connect to my 2.4GHz and my 5GHz connections just fine on my Windows 7 computer. My question is, can I connect to both at the same time to speed up my connection, and how?

I dont believe you can connect to both at the same time. Your computer should just connect to the best available connection. Why do you ask, are you not getting good connection speed from the wrt600n or just curious.

Dual band isn't the same as dual radio. Dual band means you can configure for either 2.4GHz or 5GHz but not at the same time.
