Skipping BSOD and/or forcing memdump while in BSOD (unsaved work)

Is it possible to skip BSOD and save files even at the cost of risking hardware failure?


If not is it at least possible to make full memory dump in order to try to recover some lost work from RAM (knowing how difficult it is)? Full memory dump have not been enabled before error, so it has to be forced while in BSOD.
