Portable apps aren't "installed", so there is no uninstaller.
Usually they can even be from a flash drive, making them portable so they can be run on other PC's without installing anything.
In some searches I found, it seems some people that have free Skype crashing found it is caused by Ads for their specific User account...
Poorly crafted Ads that don't play well all the time causing the issue...

Seems others had the same issue when signing in with their Messenger accounts. Seems to be a bug in the latest 6.3 version of Skype. The solution was installing the previous version 6.2.0.106.msi which is stable, and someone linked it in this thread below:
