Skype works but Browsers don't.

I'm having a few issues with my internet. I've been to a lan party yesterday with my computer and everything went fine. Came back home though it wouldn't work.
It didn't have any problems because it was transported safely and no hardware was damaged.

Skype works properly , though things like League of Legends ( an online game) , Internet explorer Opera etc don't work.

I did a ipconfig /all in the command prompt and got this.

IP Routing Enabled: No
WINS Proxy Enabled: No

Excuse me if I didn't post here properly but this is all I got. I'm posting from the other computer so it's not a provider problem.

Did you need to reconfigure a proxy server at the LAN party? Did you have to make any network changes? If not, I'd start scanning for malware, and checking to see if your hosts file has been tampered with. You could also try releasing your IP and renewing it as well.
