1) Your Internet connectivity is OK.
2) That is not a DNS server. Change it to 8.8.8.8

My solution
I had the same problem with only skype/steam connecting (and I was able to search on google but not visit any urls)
After trying out all the tips I could find on how to fix it, I came across this solution which worked for me:
1. Uninstalled my network adapter
2. restart computer
3. (still no connection)
4. turned OFF windows firewall
5. Regular internet connection returned
6. turned ON windows firewall
7. Still have regular internet connection
