Solved Skyrim download

OK so Ive just done a fresh install of windows7 now I'm confused as to where to save the skse that i guess i will have to re download and the MUI think i might have the abbreviation wrong .I should mention that i have a SSD drive for my OS and a old sea-gate for my programs should i set up a folder for skyrim any thoughts will be great please.

thanks derikimo lol yes sure did ,i just played skyrim from the start again and got up to 149 fps and as far as i can tell it was at 2560x1440 the whole screen was full so much crisper than the dell 3014 2560x1660

ok so i uninstalled the skyrim folder and deleted anything that said skyrim .Then went to steam and uninstalled that then reinstall steam then reinstalled skyrim.
Tried to validate the game cache and i get eror one file failed to vallidate and will be reaquired.
I have also looked in the main skyrim folder and i can only see the prefs file there is no ini file .Ihave googled it and seems lots of people have this same problem.

i have installed some mods but now i seem to get dawnguard and dragonborn and official skyrim patch errors in loot here is the first screen shot and more to come .

ok so i do not own dawngaurd or dragon born or the legendary edition so does that mean i have to delete the other mods that need these dlc please
