Skyrim, Windows 95 Compability - Not full screen

Hey, I've just got Skyrim. It works only with Windows 95 compability mode. But then it's just in window and I can't do anything.

I think you didn't understood me about the part "I can't do anything, I ment that I can't change it"

Have you tried changing the game settings? To a lower setting.

Well you shouldn't need to use compatibility in the first place. Skyrim is made mostly based on Windows 7 users. Or even Vista users.

Are you using any third party softwares like Steam?
Or do you have a retailer copy from the store?

Other then that have you tried to run the game as an Administrator?
Do you have the latests Graphic card drivers?
Have you tried to press Left Alt+Enter and see if you can gain the fullscreen mode that way?
