Sleep mode leads to being stuck on black screen

Hey guys,

Recently, when I try going into sleep mode on my laptop, sometimes the screen just goes black/grey, but the computer doesnt fully go into the mode. Shaking the mouse, or just waiting for the long time does not work and the computer is stuck between being on and being asleep (I cannot go back to the desktop).

Do you have any idea of how to fix this?

Seen a problem like this before what you can do is try this. open services by going to - start - services.msc (in the search bar) - when this opens look for a service called "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service" and if it is on disable it and try that.

Unfortunately, after disabling the service, the problem still continues :S

My 750i board does that too, so I had to disable sleep on it. Works perfectly on all my others though, go figure.
