I'm sorry if this is a stupid question or in the wrong thread, I'm not really good with this sort of thing, plus I'm new.

I'm trying to make a picture-music slideshow using Windows Media Center, and all is going smoothly except the pictures transition very slowly, and the slideshow is going to be too long for my presentation.

Is there anyway I can shorten the length of time each picture is on the screen for?
