Hi!
I just bought new PSU (Chieftec CFT-650), ATI 5750 and HDD today. after I plugged these devices and push the "Power" button all LEDs on motherboard and graphic card lighted up. only one LED on graphic card was not lighting but after some time it lighted up and PC started. I spent some time and PC started up as usual. I'd uninstalled old drivers and installed new drivers. After reboot I got same thing - very slow start. I saw cable delivered with ATI, I'd connected this cable to my PSU and reboot. PC started normally. After some time PC was restarted again and this problem appeared again. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my hardware? All connectors to motherboard, ATI, HDDs connected correctly.

Try disconnecting the new hardware one piece at a time. I know all my extra hardware on my machine makes for a slower boot.

See if you can determine if it is the hard drive or video card that is slowing the computer down.

Hello again
I fixed my problem by upgrading BIOS. So if you have new Radeon 5xxx and old Asus M2N4 and your system starting very very slow you need to upgrade BIOS. new binary v.1206 avaiable on asus site. good luck ;)
