Slow start

Hi!

I know what slow start is and RTT which is the time it takes to send a packet and get it back. But I don't know how to answer a question about slow start which I'm trying to do. Here is the question: http://puu.sh/gdKgM/b9d380cae9.png . It says above file but the website was only Not Found so I should consider that a that website has a file, and draw a figure. But I have no idea how the figure should look like, do anyone have any ideas?

Would appreciate all kind of help!

I am now poking this old thread because I have found an interesting fact. Once I put a custom IP adress, I never got any message about programs not able to first connect. Everything was fine for a while, however suddenly I can't put a custom IP adress anymore as then I get DNS failure and things just can't at all connect. If I put automatic it works, so I used the automatic settings DNS and still the same problem. Even when I put exact same IP adress, subnet mask, gateway and DNS it still didn't work.
