Small window ontop main window

Morning,
I am using windows 7 and asking if you know of such software / extension etc that will allow me to have a small window ontop of my main window.
This small window would be used for my cctv camera so whilst working i can also view this at the same time.

Please advise.

Best I can tell you is to open the camera window. If there's a minimize button as in most Windows programs, select it. The window will probably be larger than you like so, hover your mouse over an edge until you see a double ended arrow. Move it inward. Do the same on an adjacent edge.

You camera probably has a software for it, and if so that software would have its own window that you can manipulate.

What is the make and model of your camera?

Keep in mind that some of these IoT (Internet Of Things) devices, your camera may be Amazon Echo friendly. And if so you can watch it with an Echo Show. I have an Echo Show for this purpose. I can see the Ring doorbell camera and Reolink camera above the garage on the Echo Show.
